How we price Ovante
Our prices are new. Here's what you pay today, what may change, and what we promise before anything does.
Ovante is new, and so are its prices. As more organizations use it, we'll learn what's worth paying for, and some prices will change. We'd rather tell you that now than surprise you later.
What you pay today
Free costs nothing to start. You get up to 3 live events at a time with up to 50 attendees each, with a 5% fee on all transactions.
Pro is $49 a month, or $480 a year. Events and attendees have no limit, and Ovante takes nothing from your tickets, donations or dues. Every new organization gets 28 days of Pro free, with no card.
What may change
Two things are included during launch:
- Team seats. You can invite 5 people to your team on any plan.
- AI features, like reading your guests' seating requests. Each use costs us money, so they come with a daily limit.
Anything included during launch says so in the app, right where you use it. If we start charging for one, you'll have seen it coming.
What we promise
- 30 days' notice. Before a price or the Free fee goes up, we email your organization's owner with the old price, the new one and the date.
- Your price, held for 6 months. If you already subscribe when we announce a higher price, you keep yours for 6 months after the announcement.
