The tour, step by stepWhat each screen shows
The same screens your guests, your team and your volunteers use, on an invented gala.
- Step 1
Guests open one page in your colors. It shows the evening's honorees, the date and place, and every ticket and full table on sale. A table of ten is one purchase, and the button adds up what a guest picks before checkout.
- Step 3
Guests pick an ad size on the page and pay for it at checkout, with a ticket or without one. Their order page then asks for the ad: artwork to upload, or a message to type. A typed ad is drawn by the same code that makes the print file, so the preview your team approves is the page the printer gets.
- Step 4
Every order is a party, and a sponsor's table is held for them with their name on it. Move a party onto a table, or let Auto-seat fill the tables from the seating rules you accepted. Ovante's AI reads the requests guests type at checkout and suggests those rules, and Undo takes back any change.
- Step 5
Volunteers open check-in in their phone's browser and point the camera at a ticket. The answer fills the screen: green for in, amber for look closer, red for stop, with the guest's name and table. One tap checks in the rest of their party.
- Step 6
Put the appeal on the projector. It shows the goal, the total, the level being called and each gift as it comes in, by name or as anonymous. Volunteers enter paddles from their phones, and the team can put any gift in the spotlight.
- Step 7
Gala costs $2,500 for one event, paid once, and covers every screen in this tour. Ovante takes no percentage of tickets, tables, sponsorships, ads or gifts.
