How it works on your event
Parties stay together
Every order is a party. A sponsor’s table is reserved for them and labeled with their name.
Requests, read for you
Guests write seating requests in their own words. Ovante’s AI turns them into rules, such as “seat with the Cohens”, and you accept or reject each one.
Auto-seat
Auto-seat fills the tables from the rules you accepted. Move anyone by hand, and undo any change.
Guests find their table
Publish the seating and each guest sees their table on their ticket, or only once they’re checked in. Send everyone a “Your table” email.
Print the room
Print escort cards, place cards, table numbers, badges and paddle cards from the same seating.

What does the AI see?
Guests’ names and the request text, nothing else: no emails, phone numbers or payments. It suggests rules, and a person accepts each one.
Can we change seats after publishing?
Yes. Ovante keeps track of who moved, so the next “Your table” email goes only to those guests.
