New feature
Introducing Analytics
A new page for the numbers behind your events: revenue and donations over time, which events did best, who keeps coming back, and when people buy.
Analytics is a new page in the sidebar, right below Transactions. It answers the questions organizers ask after every event, on one screen: is revenue growing, which events did best, who keeps coming back, and when people buy.
Answers first
The page opens with a few highlights written as sentences, like "Up 91% on the previous 30 days" or "Most often on Tuesdays, around 8 PM." Each one appears only once there is enough data behind it, so a quiet month shows fewer instead of guessing.
One chart, five measures
Revenue, donations, tickets sold, page views and conversion share one trend chart. Pick a measure and the line moves to it. The period before sits in gray behind the current one, day for day, so you can tell at a glance whether this month beat the last.
Ranges run from the last 7 days to all time. Short ranges plot by day and longer ones by week or month, and a week still in progress shows as a dashed line. The chart switches to a table, and Export downloads the trend, your events and your sources as CSV.
Where the money went
Gross ticket sales break down into what you kept, processing fees and refunds, with donations added for the total raised. Next to it: your order count, the average paid order, the average gift, and how many orders were paid or free.
Which events did best
Every event in the range, ranked by revenue, with tickets sold, how full it got, the share of page views that turned into an order, and how many ticket holders checked in.
Your community
The orbit shows everyone on your contact list, placed by how many events they have come to. Regulars sit at the center, first-timers further out, and people who have not come yet on the outer ring.
Beside it, the same people are counted by how often they come. Point at a row and those people light up in the orbit.
Below them, a sources table gives each host link and promo code credit for the sales it brought, and counts everything else as Direct. Beside it, your attendees split into first-timers and people who came back.
When people buy
A heatmap of orders by day and hour, in your organization's time zone, shows when people buy. Beside it, how far ahead they buy. Use them to time a reminder email or the last push before an event.
Analytics is live for every organization owner. Open it from the sidebar, or press G then A.
